Today is THE day.
Today is THE day that my beautiful sister gets married and I gain a brother-in-law.
Today I get to attend a wedding as a guest, well more than a guest…a maid-of-honor and not as a photographer.
This post is for my sister. So someday we can look back at this blog post and smile. So we can relive all the emotions that we are feeling right now. I can’t wait to watch my sister get ready for her big day and to finally watch her walk down that isle with my dad. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. A good cry though. So much work has been done for this day to perfect, and no matter what goes wrong…this day WILL be perfect.
Sister, I love you so much. I am so proud of the woman you have become and the sister you have always been to me. Words can’t express how much you mean to me and how thrilled I am for you to start this new chapter in your life. Enjoy every moment of this day and take it all in.

I JUST saw this…and it made me cry again! and at work! It takes me right back to what a wonderful weekend it was. There’s no better sister for me, no one who would’ve done for me what you did this weekend the way you did it. It was magical and perfect. I will play it over and over in my head for years to come.
