Is it seriously 2010? It seems like yesterday people were stocking up for Y2K because they thought the world was going to end 🙂 (hee hee). Ten years have gone by and I’m really starting to feel old! Nevertheless I feel great about where I am today! I’m so thankful to have such a great family, awesome friends, a growing business, and good health! I get so excited thinking about what 2010 has in store for me. I learned a lot about myself throughout the 2009 year which has helped me make a lot of changes and goals for not only my life, but my business this year. I’ve been working with an awesome graphic designer to help me rebrand my business, I have also been working hard on getting the website updated with new work, I also noticed today that the blog hit 100 comments!! (this may not seem big, but it’s HUGE okay?) and….(drum roll please!!!)…I also have some of my work from Kaori and Jeremiah’s wedding being featured in an amazing magazine that I will reveal later this month! So bring it 2010, I’m ready to go all in!
This year has been off to a great start so far! I’ve booked some Lifestyle Sessions and also shot the first wedding of 2010 this past weekend! Kelsey asked for my assistance and we had so much fun shooting Julie & James’ wedding! They were honestly the sweetest couple ever. I love meeting couples who are so humble, so grateful, and of course…SO. IN. LOVE. So here is an image that I feel shows their love best. James has this amazing ability to make Julie smile for days. This picture makes my heart melt.Â
