HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD.

Today is a very special day.

Today is my father’s birthday!

He’s going to kill me for posting this, but that’s okay…he’ll get over it someday haha!

This man has a very special place in my heart. He’s the one who has continued to push me all my life, whether it be in school, in sports, or just life in general. He’s the one who taught my how to:

Build the perfect fire.
Tie the perfect knot for fishing. (hot to clean a fish too!)
Check my oil and change a tire.
The proper technique to scare or pull a prank on someone. (like hiding fake spiders and rats in people’s beds haha)
Taught me how to ski…by tying a rope around my waist and away we went down the hill. Super safe, right?
Hide the Twinkies and Ho-ho’s from everyone else in the house. Always successful.
But most importantly…

He taught me to be independent and work hard for the things I want in life. And for that I am forever grateful.
Happy Birthday dad, I love you.
