I’m sitting here on the nasty floor in the airport…wishing I had more time to really put my love into this last post before I fly out to Africa this morning. Time has slipped from my fingers once again, but I’m sure you all can forgive me ; ) I can’t even believe that this day is here…
It all started from a small idea and grew into something much bigger than what I imagined. I haven’t even left yet and I’m feeling all sorts of emotions…I’m anxious, scared, excited, tired, overwhelmed, but most of all I’m feeling extremely blessed for this opportunity. I have never felt so much love from people that I know and even some that I don’t. The amounts of money that were donated toward my trip brought me to tears more than once. All of you who have helped make this trip possible will never be able to fully know just how THANKFUL I am to have your love and support.
I’m excited to see God at work. I’m excited for Him to use me to love others. I’m excited to change…
I’ll keep this post short and sweet. I love you all and can’t wait to share images from this trip. I’m hoping to try and blog at least once while I am gone, but if I don’t then I’ll see you all in July!
