I don’t take birthdays lightly. I think every birthday, no matter your age, should be recognized and celebrated.
Yeah, sure…maybe you don’t want to think about your age…but there are so many other things to focus on other than numbers…
Today is my dad’s birthday and he has every reason to celebrate this day. This will be the first year of his life being a grandpa. What an incredible experience it’s been for our entire family. It has been so special to watch my parents become grandparents to little Marlow. This little girl has already melted their hearts and I’m sure her papa-jim will spoil her like crazy!
Dad, I know you hate the spotlight…and I know you hate when I blog about you…BUT, I’m so incredibly proud to call you my dad that I just have to announce it to the world 🙂 I’ll never be able to tell you just how grateful I am to have you in my life. I don’t tell you every day like I know I should…but just know that I love you so much and I can’t wait to go through this next chapter of life as a family. Thanks for being the best dad a girl could ask for.
