This session holds a special place in my heart…This session makes me think of time.
Time is something we can’t slow down, we can’t pause, rewind, and then fast forward to skip all the not-so-fun-stuff. It’s something we have no control of. Every once in awhile my mind will freak itself out thinking about how quickly time goes by. Shooting this session put my mind in that state, simply because I feel like it was yesterday Keitha and I were little girls playing out the fields together. Growing up Keitha was always like my big sister…people actually thought we were because I look nothing like my actual sister haha. We went with it sometimes, told strangers we were sisters. At heart, she really is my sister. We have gone through a lot together, whether it be with sports or trying to help each other with dating advice…this girl was my go-to. Thank goodness Casey came along, he couldn’t be more perfect for Keitha. Just seeing the way he loves Keitha made my heart so happy.
I can’t help but get all sentimental when thinking about our childhood and now here we are…I’m going to be photographing their WEDDING. Yes, time indeed flies by. Keitha and Casey, thank you so much for letting me photograph such a special time in your lives! I had so much fun during our time together and I can’t wait to shoot your wedding!!!
