DIANA & RAY // ENGAGED.

The way some of my clients find me is quite amazing.

I have the lovely ladies over at Style Me Pretty for introducing me to this lovely couple. They happen to see my New York wedding and reached out to me right away. Diana’s first email to me was like…love at first read, truly. I fell in love with her by that first email and simple knew I had to be their photographer. When the connection is there, the feeling gives me so much energy. I’ve said it time and time again, but I can’t even fully explain how important that connection with my clients is. When it’s there, it’s so easy to take photos that just flow and are natural. Diana and Ray were the easiest couple ever to photograph. They love to laugh, be silly, and are pretty much up for anything. I love it.

Diana and Ray had me come to California for their engagement shoot and they had plans to make the drive up to Napa for a fun day of wine tasting (which was my first time doing so), exploring, eating, and taking photos along the way. An absolute perfect day in my book. I love when my couple plan something special for their shoot. Something that represents them as a couple and shows a few things that they love to do together. Makes my job so easy.

I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in Dallas come October!

So beautiful again! And I love the way you are shooting.
Can I ask you a question please? What lens are you using for example …_083(2) I’ve seen a few (or many) from you in that style and it is really a nice effect. Are you using a lens baby or photoshop after? Or simply another lens?
