ASHLEY & NICK // MARRIED.

Remember that awesome couple who did their engagement shoot with all sorts of crazy animals?! Well, they’re back and I’m so excited to share their unique wedding with you guys. Africa has always played an important role into Ashley and Nick’s relationship together…they even got engaged in South Africa which is so amazing! Hearing them tell that story is quite entertaining actually ;)…so it only made sense for them to make their wedding a little safari themed. And I definitely have to give major props to Barb and Stephen Whipple with Plume Weddings. They did an amazing job making Ashley and Nick’s vision come to life!

I just love couples who make their wedding reflect who they are as a couple. It’s so easy to get wrapped up into what is “popular” or currently trending in the wedding industry…but these two did exactly what they wanted. I loved it. They even had an African band play music before, during, and after the ceremony. Ashley and Nick’s wedding was beautiful and being around them on their day was such a joy. They were so chill and relaxed…I simply adore them for that. And another huge thank you to Michael for giving me a hand on this wedding!
