I know I’ve been posting a lot of personal posts lately…but HEY it’s my blog so whatever. And my birthday week last week was too good not to share. So here is the next big surprise I did for my birthday last week! : ) But I promise I’ll be posted a fun session on the blog Friday!!!

About a year and a half ago I was reading my bible and came across a verse that just stuck with me. I immediately highlighted it, jotted it down on a piece of scrap paper, and stuck it to my bulletin board. I knew that if I ever got a tattoo that this would be the verse I would get tattooed on me. The verse is from 2 Corinthians 5:7 and it reads, “for we walk by faith, not by sight.” This verse speaks so deeply into my heart. There were many times where I found myself worrying about the small stuff, or panicking because I didn’t know what the future would bring my way. I was so tired of living in this constant fear of not having complete control over my life that when I read this verse…it all made perfect sense. We have to take that leap of faith sometimes and trust that God will always be there for us. He will always provide. He will always love.
My life has never been the same since the day I decided to “walk by faith, not by sight“…

I came across “walk by faith” by accident just searching some stuff on my computer. This quote is just perfect. It really allows me to search for my inner tranquility. I too, am getting it on my foot next weekend!!! Absolutely beautiful.
